Sizing

Which size do you actually need?

The right size follows how much cream you push in a service, not how big the kit looks. Charges are counted at 8 g each.

Buying guide

What actually separates one cream charger from another

Purity is the whole product. Food-grade nitrous oxide should arrive at 99.9% N₂O or better. Below that, air and moisture came along in the fill, and that is what puts a faint taste in the cream and shortens how long it holds. Every brand we list states its purity on the product page.

Charge count beats unit price. A 640 g cylinder does the work of about 80 traditional 8 g cartridges. Compared on cost per charge rather than per unit, large format is the cheaper way to whip once you are past a few boxes a month — which is why every product card here shows the per-charge figure.

The regulator is not an accessory. Any cylinder above cartridge size needs a pressure regulator to meter gas into a standard whipping siphon. It is a one-time purchase that carries over to every size and brand, so it belongs in the first order, not the second. Find them under accessories.

Buy the flavour range for the menu, not the novelty. Infused cylinders are genuinely useful for dessert and bar work, but they are a second order, not a first. Start with the unflavoured size that fits your service, then add from the flavoured range.

Common questions

What customers ask before their first order.

Full help centre
Are cream chargers legal in Canada?

Yes, for culinary use. Nitrous oxide is a permitted food additive in Canada as a pressure-dispensing agent. What is not permitted is selling or marketing it for inhalation, and we do not. Everything here is food-grade and sold to adults 18 and over for preparing food and drink.

How many charges are in a 640 g cylinder?

About 80. One 640 g cylinder does the work of roughly 80 traditional 8 g cartridges, which is why the per-charge price on every product card is the number worth comparing.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in 2–4 days depending on where you are in Canada. Some locations trigger a compliance review that adds time; typically 2–7 days from purchase.

How do I pay?

Interac e-Transfer from any Canadian bank — after checkout our team sends you a payment request link by email and WhatsApp; accept it and your order ships once the transfer lands. Bulk orders of 50 cases and up can be paid cash on delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — $175. Orders over $175 ship free to most of Canada.

Do I need a regulator?

For anything larger than an 8 g cartridge, yes. A pressure regulator connects the cylinder to a standard whipping siphon and carries over to every size and brand. 8 g cartridges fit the whipper directly.

How should cylinders be stored?

Upright, below 50 °C, out of direct sun and away from the stove. Keep them off the floor where they can be knocked over, and never use a damaged cylinder.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Case discounts apply to everyone automatically — 10% at 6 units up to 25% at 48. For pallets and scheduled deliveries, send a quote request and we come back within one working day.
